Family Restoration Program

All families face difficulties in life, whether financial, employment, parenting, substance abuse, or illnesses that affect their attachments and relationships. In such challenging times, we need the proper support to help us rebuild a secure, healthy, and strong family bond.

Each family in the program is assigned a case manager who sits down with them to discuss the concerns, challenges, and strengths of their family. These needs are used to develop an Individualized Family Plan, consisting of the services the family will need in order to be successful within the program and to gain the tools needed to develop into a strong, thriving family.

Case Management

Case managers work with families to assist in creating an opportunity for them to make informed decisions, locate and receive services needed for their family to thrive, and reduce opportunities for child protective services involvement.

Guiding Right Mentorship

Families with additional needs, such as children with autism, juvenile justice involvement, and others are partnered with a mentor with a similar background and experience. These mentors can assist in empowering the families through shared experiences and allow for the opportunity for the family's thoughts, feelings, and experiences to be heard and considered. This increases the family's commitment to working their IFP leading to a positive change in behaviors and conditions.

Job Readiness & Career Guidance

Whether unemployed, underemployed, or in need of a career change, we can assist you in creating the goals you need to get the career you deserve. You will learn how to properly write a resume, develop soft skills, and be prepared for interviews. Self awareness and confidence in your abilities are all that is needed to gain the employment you're meant to have.

Health & Wellness

Our Health and Wellness Coaches are here to assist you in getting your family healthy. With nutrition management, fitness classes, and regimens, your family can begin thriving physically.

Classes & Training Sessions

Bridges Out of Poverty

This workshop is a comprehensive approach to understanding poverty, the hidden rules of class and family structure, and teaches strategies for improving one's family economic structure.

By incorporating money management & budgeting classes into the course, we ensure all attendees receive the tools and knowledge needed for living a thriving life.

Positive Child Rearing

By using loving discipline methods, we can ensure that our children are receiving the instruction they need for making the right choice while allowing the parent-child bond to stay intact. Through this method, children and youth learn to take responsibility for their actions without the loss of their self-worth.

Managing Your Emotions

Learning the difference between reacting and responding can make all the difference in how you manage stress and the difficulties of life. Our emotions are not as hard to control as we once thought.

Overcoming Childhood Trauma

No child should ever have to endure a circumstance where they cannot trust the ones who are supposed to be responsible for them. Whether or not these happenings were intentional, we can overcome them with a little love, support, and guidance. Our experience no longer have to define us.
